Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was not made when we came, two hours after the check-in time. Had to wait 15-20 mins. The breakfast was tasteless, but had the usual choices.

The survey is strange if you cannot take a complaint how then can you improve? The main problem was the very hard bed, a good bed would have made a significant change in our stay.

Convenient location, especially for transit stay. Breakfast was better than expected - however they might offer real coffee, Nescafe in Italy is totally out of place.
Four stars look a bit of overestimation. Typical glass and plastic hotel, no distinctive spirit whatsoever. Noisy conditioner in the room.
